How I take a product to production.

  1. Discovery

    Start from how the business actually works — not a template. Map roles, data and the daily pain.

  2. Architecture

    Model the domain in Laravel and PostgreSQL. Isolate tenants, queues and files before the UI looks finished.

  3. UI / UX

    Ship a React TypeScript surface people can use: dashboards, portals, the screens that match the job.

  4. Development

    Ship a thin vertical: API, auth, the first real workflow. Iterate with the people who will use it.

  5. Testing

    Cover the domain edges: tenancy leaks, failed jobs, billing events, the paths operators actually hit.

  6. Deployment

    Deploy on Linux with Docker, backups and enough monitoring to know before a customer does.

  7. Optimization

    After launch: queries, queues, the screens that slowed down. Production is part of the product.
